We were formed immediately following WWII by George E. Lechtrecker and William Dranitzke, our firm has been based in Patchogue ever since. We engage in all areas of civil practice but particularly in the areas of Estate work. including planning and administration, Real Estate, Landlord and Tenant, and Corporate including Municipal Law (School District and Fire District) as well as general litigation.
