  • used for new member application payment only (large business)
  • 10 or more employees
  • New Member Large Business Application Fee ($485.00 IF PAID BY CASH OR CHECK)
  • Business of 9 or less FULL TIME employees at the location that is applying for membership. 
  • Larger organizations  (I.E Banks, Franchises ,Chains, etc etc.) may apply using small business provided the specific location is 9 or less FULL TIME employees.  
  • THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION APPLYING IS THE MEMBER! 
    • Secondary/additional Locations that are not registered as a member will not have access to Patchogue Chamber Resources.
  • Full access to all rights, privileges and resources provided by the chamber.
    • Some resources and opportunities may require payment of additional fees.
    • New Member Small Business Application Fee ($300.00 IF PAID BY CASH OR CHECK)
  • One time only fee
  • Used for new member application payment only (Civic  Membership)
  • Organizations must provide poof of nonprofit/ not for profit status
  • Individuals represent themselves in non business capacity. 
    • Retain all rights and privileges of businesses members with following exceptions:
    • Can not promote their company or employer 
    • Do not have access to business member resources
  • New Member Civic Member Application Fee ($150.00 IF PAID BY CASH OR CHECK)
  • One time only fee
  • Used for new member application payment only (Civic  Membership)
  • Organizations must provide poof of nonprofit/ not for profit status
  • Individuals represent themselves in non business capacity. 
    • Retain all rights and privileges of businesses members with following exceptions:
    • Can not promote their company or employer 
    • Do not have access to business member resources
  • New Member Civic Member Application Fee ($155.00 IF PAID BY CASH OR CHECK)
