Learning to Look - Later Surrealism

Learning to Look - Later Surrealism

Description

Join us for the final chapter of our Learning to Look Surrealist series, celebrating the 2025 centennial of the first Surrealist exhibition. 👀As World War II scattered the movement, Surrealism transformed finding new life across the Americas. Artists like Frida Kahlo, Wifredo Lam, and Roberto Matta reimagined its dreamlike language, while its influence echoed through the New York School in the work of Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko.
