A banking industry veteran, Shannon began her career in 1997 as a consumer loan quality control analyst, advanced her career to commercial lending as a junior underwriter, and eventually moved on to residential mortgage lending. Shannon joined a local Credit Union in 2011 and has been a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer since 2016. 

After almost 13 years, she moved to Evolve Bank & Trust, where she is now licensed to lend in all 50 states and has a wide range of mortgage products, including FHA, Veteran Loans, Rehab/203k, Investment, Second/Vacation homes, Jumbo, Conventional, FannieMae/Freddie Mac, Buydowns, Co-ops/Condos/Townhomes, and Single/Multi-Family. 

Shannon takes great pride in helping families purchase their first home and realize their dream of home ownership. Since most borrowers are first-time buyers who have previously been renting or living with family, her customers feel fulfilled to have a place of their own to raise a family in privacy and with the peace of mind that comes from having a profitable long-term investment that can be passed on to their children in the future.

Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance with a minor in Business Management from SUNY Old Westbury. She lives on eastern Long Island with her husband and their daughter, along with rescue cats and chickens. In her free time, Shannon enjoys hiking, scuba diving, reading, networking, spending time with family, bike riding and traveling. She also volunteers for several non-profit organizations including the Humane Society and Dress for Success.
