A slower paced class with a meditative approach for all levels involving variations of seated and supine poses held for 3-5 minutes. Attend in person.
Smoking Cessation Support Group

Join a support group for former smokers and attendees of the Suffolk County Department of Health's smoking cessation program. This group will meet on the first Wednesday of each month. Registration is recommended but not required.
