Drop-in: Sublimation Coaster

Bring your own crochet materials and meet at Medford to learn new stitches and make new friends. All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga

A slower paced class with a meditative approach for all levels involving variations of seated and supine poses held for 3-5 minutes. Attend in person.
