Project Safety Net NY is a non-profit community-based organization offering testing, intervention, prevention and education services for substance use disorder, HIV, hepatitis-C, and sexually transmitted infections. We also operate a Medicaid Care Coordination program that provides high quality support services for clients living with chronic illness, mental health and substance use disorders. We design programs and provide services that are practical and effective. Our mobile outreach teams bring vital services and activities into local communities. We have a mobile food pantry that delivers food to clients and people in need. Our new Community Center at 180 West Main St in the Village of Patchogue is a welcoming space where individuals and groups can obtain support, including youth programs, telehealth services, volunteer opportunities, and health & wellness workshops.
